What counts as booking value? The total value of bookings managed through CoB for each individual location, whether paid by card, bank transfer, cash, childcare vouchers or other supported methods. Locations are assessed separately, rather than on the combined value across your organisation.
The bands are shown in whole pounds: values above £10,000 enter Growth, and values above £25,000 enter Established. Your monthly subscription is the complete software charge, excluding VAT, card-processing charges and separately commissioned services.
For existing customers: this page describes the proposed CoB 2 subscription structure. Existing CoB customers may remain on previously agreed commercial terms during the gradual transition.

CoB subscriptions start at £59 + VAT per location, per month. The monthly price depends on the booking volume managed through each location: Starter is £59 for up to £10,000; Growth is £99 for £10,001–£25,000; Established is £149 for £25,001–£50,000; and Enterprise is tailored for over £50,000. All subscription prices exclude VAT.
Are all software features included?
Yes. Every subscription includes the complete CoB platform: online bookings, the parent mobile app, electronic registers, financial and operational reports, payment management, custom forms, push notifications, branding options, training, ongoing support and software updates. Tiers reflect booking volume, not software functionality.
Do you charge a percentage of every booking?
No. CoB 2 uses a fixed monthly subscription based on booking-volume bands. There is no additional percentage-based booking fee. Separate card-processing fees apply where relevant.
How does pricing work for multiple locations?
Each location is assessed individually according to its monthly booking value. An organisation may have different subscription tiers for different locations. Booking value is the total value of bookings managed through CoB, regardless of whether payment is by card, bank transfer, cash, childcare vouchers or other supported methods.
What if my bookings fluctuate throughout the year?
Our team will explain how subscription tiers are reviewed and agreed for your organisation. Contact us for details.
What if my location processes more than £50,000 per month?
Please contact the CoB team for a tailored subscription quote.
How much does card processing cost?
The advertised integrated card-processing rate is 1.4% + 20p per transaction, subject to the applicable payment-provider terms. Card-processing fees are separate from your monthly CoB software subscription. You can discuss your payment requirements during onboarding.
Is VAT included in the displayed prices?
No. All displayed monthly software subscription prices exclude VAT, including the totals shown in the calculator.
Do we have to sign a long-term contract?
There is no long-term contract. Check the supplied service terms for billing dates and cancellation timing.
Are training and ongoing support included?
Yes. Every subscription includes training, standard ongoing support and software updates, helping your staff get started and use the complete CoB platform.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee is currently advertised for the standard CoB service. Confirm whether any unusual migration, integration or bespoke requirements would be treated separately before agreeing your service.
Is website design included?
No. Supported branding within CoB is included, while a separate public website-design project is an optional service with its own scope and price. Any bespoke work outside the standard platform is separately agreed.
