Rolling contracts

CoB has historically been an ad-hoc booking system for after school, wrap around child care and nursery on-line bookings, but more and more childcare providers are asking for rolling contracts and as a result we will be launching a major update in the next fortnight.

Rolling contracts

Rolling contracts will enable childcare providers to publish activities that they provide every week (be in in term time or the holidays) and enable parents to reserve their children's childcare needs and be invoiced at the end of each month for the sessions booked in the forthcoming month. Invoices will take into account any addition fees or credits issued, so will vary from month to month, based on the activities attended, fees applied or credits issued.

This model is becoming more or more widely used by childcare providers that are up to capacity or schools and academies that traditionally handled booking using a booking form once a term.

You will still be able to allow parents to book their ad-hoc needs, as long as there is still space for more children at a specific activities or session in your childcare setting.
