Applying Late Fees

Charge a parent for a late pickup

Using the late fee’s function allows you to charge a parent for late pickup for example, each session can have their own pre-defined set of charges that can be applied.

Step 1

Create your late fees by editing the relevant sessions Late Fees.

Step 2

Add any number of late fees, include description and the fee.

Step 3

Once you have defined your late fees, in this example we've created 2.

Step 4

The late fees created in Step 3, can now be applied on the e-sign. The fee is automatically applied to the parents account. In this example, the parent was 15mins late, so a fee of £2.50 is applied to their account.
